We are in-network with most plans; however, coverage and eligible services vary by policy. We will need to verify your insurance benefits to determine your specific coverage details. Please note that some Aetna plans may require a co-pay or co-insurance for lactation consultations.
We are currently able to accept most Anthem and Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. To begin the verification process, please text us at 470-256-5777. Please note that HMO plans typically do not provide in-network coverage for lactation services.
We are currently able to accept most Cigna plans, including third-party administrator plans, Cigna Marketplace plans, and Cigna HMO plans. We are currently able to accept most United Healthcare and UMR plans.

Please note that United AXA, Liberty, Oxford, and Golden Rule plans typically do not provide coverage for lactation consultations and would therefore be considered self-pay. Most other United Healthcare and UMR plans can generally be billed for services once insurance eligibility and coverage have been verified.
If your insurance plan is not currently in-network with the plans we accept, appointments will need to be scheduled as self-pay. Following your visit, we will provide you with a superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company to seek reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

Travel fees for all home visits for patients using insurance is $65.

Self pay
All other patients not using insurance will be considered self pay and payment is due at the time of your visit. Cash is not accepted for the safety of our consultants. Please plan accordingly.
A superbill will be provided after your visit. You can submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
Inital Home Visits (Up to 1.5 hours)- $250
Follow-Up Home Visits (1 hour)- $225
Initial Virtual Visits (Up to 1.5 hours) -$150
Follow-Up Virtual Visits (1 hour)- $125
Twins or multiples
Please call to schedule if you have twins or multiples because we will need to adjust the length of the consultation. There will be an additional $50 added per feeding child included during each visit if you are self-pay.

The link for virtual visits will be sent after booking. Initial virtual prenatal and initial virtual consultations are up to 90 minutes and follow-up virtual consultations are up to 60 minutes.
